1. Who may use XP Quests

XP Quests is an educational product for children. Because it is designed for minors, a parent or legal guardian must set up and supervise any account, agree to these Terms on the child's behalf, and provide the consent described in our Privacy Policy. A child may not create an account on their own. If you are a school or teacher, you represent that you are authorized to agree to these Terms for educational use and to provide consent in place of parents for your students, under a separate school agreement where applicable.

2. What we offer

XP Quests provides interactive coding lessons and, optionally, an account that syncs progress across devices, an AI tutor, premium narration, and parent notifications. The core course works fully offline with no account. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Acceptable use

Use XP Quests for personal, family, or authorized classroom learning.
Do not misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access; no using it to harm others; no uploading unlawful content into the notebook or tutor.
Do not resell or redistribute the content without permission.
Keep your account credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Free and paid plans

XP Quests offers a free plan and one or more paid subscription plans. Current features and prices are shown at sign-up and on xpquests.com.

Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each period until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from the account page; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, after which it will not renew.

Price changes. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

5. The AI tutor — important disclaimer

The optional AI tutor gives hints generated by an artificial-intelligence model. It is designed to guide, not to give perfect answers, and it can sometimes be wrong or incomplete. It is a learning aid, not a substitute for a teacher or adult supervision. Please review the tutor's suggestions with your child.

6. Your content

Anything your child writes (for example, notebook entries or tutor questions) belongs to your family. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete it at any time.

7. Service availability

We work to keep XP Quests available and working, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress sync will never fail. The offline course keeps working even if our online services are down.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XP Quests and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
